Automatic production line

This series production line collected washing,filling,capping,labeling and packing machines together,it is suitable for kinds of beverage production line.

We adopted normal pressure gravityfor filling,the filling effect are fast,steady,quasi and equipped with the material recirculationg system,realize backflow independently,not contact with material and avoiding second pollution and equipment can satisfy with filling request of lower than 95 oChot filling, filling valves and pips material are according to sanitationstandard,at the same time,there CIP self-cleaninginterface there is RO water rinsing device before capping ensure bottle mouth is clean.

We adopt magnetic torque capping head. Labeling machine is designed by our self with stainless steel frame.Shrink packing machine odopted original imported parts from Germany,Japan.

It is easy to adjust for different size of bottles and whole production line adopts human-machine interfaces,touch-screen,PLC computer controller and other advanced automatic inspect system of filling temperatue automatic,caps supplying material high-temperature alarm,low-temperature shutdown and automatic retum,no boottle,no vorer,wait when lack of bottles,lacking caps shutdown and so on.Realize no bottle,no filling.Output range is 3000-24000 bottles/hour.
