Bullet resistant armor panels are manufactured by thermal-molding process with these most advanced ballistic composite materials (high quality ballistic grade UD cloth impregnated with a proprietary thermoset resin binder, composite laminated in compress mould with extra-high pressure)

Applications include spall liners and armour panels for military vehicles, VIP vehicles, aircraft, border patrol, helicopters and architectural.

Protection Principle:

Extremely strong UHMWPE fiber catch and deform a bullet, disperse its force over a larger portion.

Bullet is decelerated , fragmented and deformed by the panel; Fragments are captured , absorbs the impact of fired projectiles; Bullets are imbedded within the plies of the laminate sheet. UHMWPE panel could significantly avoid secondary injury caused by metal or ceramic fragmentaries.
