This prodution line is composed of the followings(note1),1. an auto-lubricated feeder(note2)2. an eletronically controlled panel3. a high-performanced 80T punch4. a collector of finished product note:production line is electrification integration,and centralized control. width of foil feed system is 520mm.(basic model)feeding system is controlled by computer.

The length can be regulate form 30mm to 999mm.we can manufactured the machine according to the products's size which they required, the machine model is different. The procedure of production line:raw material:aluminium foil-->auto-lubricated feeder--> a high-performanced 80T punch -->mould-->collect product by hand -->packing
