Cachaca, a traditional Brazilian drink, obtained by fermentation of sugar cane. Aged in oak barrells for three years Grappa, a traditional italian drink made from pomace (pressed skins and seeds of grape) after winemaking. The pomace is fermented without adding any sugar or alcohol and then destilled and stored in oak barrels for one year.
