A-100 rubber tackifier is the tackifier, softener and dispersant of rubber. It can effectively improve the viscosity of rubber components.

Applications and Advantages:

In the inner rubber containing halogenated butyl rubber, it has better manufacturability than the common Carbon 5 Resin and 1102 Resin. The rubber scorch time is longer thus it is beneficial to the safety of manufacturing. In the pressing technology, it is easier to make types. The parts are smooth and the viscosity is strong. In the tire molding, the inner tube joins firmly. It will not crack and it can meet the technological requirements well. Compared with the 1102 Resin abroad, A-100 Rubber Tackifier can reduce costs about 20% and when compared with the Carbon 5 Resin, the cost can reduce about 10%. A-100 Rubber Tackifier can completely replace 1102 Resin, Carbon 5 Resin in the inner tube of all-steel radial truck tires.
