Product Description
This machine is mainly used to cross-cut steel cord ply found in all-steel radial tire at 90°, and then, splice cut fabric by automatic splicer, overlap rubber strips and wind up to rolls at last which will be supplied to building machine.
The cutter is a crank driven straight knife while the fabric advancing device is controlled by servomotor to ensure length cutting. The automatic splicer is driven by servomotor.
