Consultancy Compared with Other Services
Given our viewpoint, we occupy a position between traditional management consultants and contract technicians but being nearer the former than the latter.
In the areas of major business change, for example : market re - positioning; process re - engineering; organizational re - structuring, we do not attempt to compete with big firm management consultants but we have had sufficient experience of and exposure to such work that we can identify, formulate and create the management systems for which these changes create a need.
We take responsibility for part or all of the projects that we undertake. We manage project detail ourselves and expect to be managed by clients on overall objectives. This is where consultancy contrasts with other technology services where they are often managed or require to be managed by the client on a task by task basis.
