This is best - Seller sends manifest and SKR from above companies. Buyer verifies and deposits funds. Company transfers funds to Seller, and delivers diamonds with all documents incl KPC to Buyer.
Buyer won't travel to view, pay deposit, export tax, shipping and insurance. Serious Seller must pay export tax and shipping, Buyer pays import tax and transport. Flight costs reimbursed after successful transaction.
