Industrial Park only levies income tax at the rate of 10% on the dividend, interest, rent, permitted using fee and other earnings obtained from the Park by foreign businessmen who have not set organizations in the mainland of China, except the income tax free according to law, the foreign businessmen that supply financial assistance and equipment or transfer advanced technology will be allowed reduction or exemption of income tax after being approved.

5, After the approval by the authority, the fix assets of foreign enterprises are allowed to depreciate speedily.

6, The high and new technology projects invested by domestic enterprises in the Park also enjoy the same favorable policies.

7, The Industrial Park provides one-stop service for all investment projects. Including land requisition, project construction, water and electricity supply, business registration and so on.
