iLoveKickboxing - Pittsburgh

iLoveKickboxing begins with one basic question:

" What's inappropriate with most workouts and how can we fix it?"

What we noticed shocked us:

BOREDOM is the # 1 main reason people quit working out! And that boredom is caused by ineffective exercises and routines that grow old and hard.

So we got to work developing an exercise that will NEVER be boring ... and ALWAYS interesting, connecting, challenging, and entertaining.

The benefit is a bag-hitting, adrenaline-flowing exercise that ANY PERSON can possibly do - regardless of your age or fitness level. You harness on real gloves and find out pro moves that make you feel like a rockstar - and become slim and conditioned like a fighter (without ever having to fight!).

But iLoveKickboxing has also become so much more.

It is where you will find GROUP among positive, impressive males and females who battle every day to make their bodies-- and their existences-- much better. It's a spot for ACCOUNTABILITY in which passionate instructors truly do appreciate you and your missions - and will do no matter what it has to help you reach them. And it is a HOME for motivation - and becoming a better you.
