| About us | WEAVING Broadly speaking, our weaving set up comprises of the following major divisions: SHUTTLESS JACQUARD MACHINES We have got 150 Shuttless Sulzer machines to weave Jacquard fabrics in different width. We can weave up to the width of 122¡± (309cm) greige fabric. SHUTTLESS PLAIN WEAVE MACHINES To serve our customers for Plain weaves, we have installed 72 Shuttless Sulzer Machines. These machines offer a working width of 136¡± (345 cm). DOBBY WEAVING MACHINES The Dobby weave set up comprising of 48 machines enables us to produce Yarn Dyed fabrics up to 136¡± (345 cm) width. PLAIN & DOBBY WEAVE Including Herringbone, Poplin, Percale, Sateen, Twill & Drill fabric upto 136¡± (345cm) JACQUARD WEAVE Can produce in any pattern & repeat up to 122¡± (269cm) wide. YARN DYED & PROCESSED Can manufacturer in any type up to 136¡± (330cm) finished. JACQUARD NETT Can manage up to 106¡± (269cm) wide. CONTINUOUS DYEING UNIT The latest feather to our crown is the addition of a brand new Continuous Dyeing Plant. While aiming for higher end market segment, we have invested a huge amount to offer an exceptional quality of dyeing and finishing. It is a complete set up including Mercerizing, Sanforizing & Calendaring. The laboratory equipped with latest computerized equipment for shade matching and recipe development supports this dyeing facility. SEWING UNIT Keeping ourselves abreast with change in global trade, we have taken another step to reach our customers for ready made home textiles. We can offer retail packed, ready for shelf textile articles made of Jacquard & Dobby fabrics. Articles like quilt covers sets, curtains, tableware, kitchen textiles, fancy cushions, yarn dyed sheet sets offer a wide rainbow to make your choice.
