Once the client approves the Rates and photograph, (subject to availability) a sample can be shipped to the Buyer for closer inspection, upon receipt of the Buyer?s LOI & Courier a/c. - The Buyer/ Client is responsible for the cost of the shipment. 2. The Buyer/ client then signs a non-circumvention agreement, which prevents the client from Directly contacting Zillion Exports & Trading Co?s suppliers for a period of Three (3) years. 3.
