Zhejiang Quanxing Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was established in August, 2000. It is specialized in developing and producing steering pump used for trucks and passenger cars. The company has more than 800 employee and the fixed asset of RMB 80,000,000 yuan.

Based on the capacity of 300,000 units at the beginning of 2004, the company invested RMB 50,000,000 yuan to increase the yearly capacity by 500,000 units. By the end of 2004, the upgrading project had been completed and put into production. Currently, the company has an annual capacity of 800,000 units of steering pump for automobiles.

It is working towards a flexible manufacture system (FMS) without machine stoppage. Now the company has become the biggest and most specialized steering pump manufacturer for auto industry in China.
