We have over 6 years experience in product development, manufacturing& setup is based at nashik, an industrial town of maharashtra state, India. It is 180 kms away from mumbai, countrys financial& commercial capital.

Quality checks
All our products are laboratory tested for reliability and functionality. Our products meet stringent quality norms. Raw materials are tested at receiving stage. Products in production line are checked at regular intervals at each important process workstations and semi-finished& finished stages. We ensure that finished products offered to customer are defect free. All our units are ISO 9001-2000 certified.

Products offered
We have capability to develop and produce all kind of soft luggage products. We make uprights, suitcases, office cases, all types of shoulder bags including backpacks, computer cases, beauty cases and cooler bags. Main raw material used is synthetic fabrics nylon and polyester, vinyl cloths and sheeting, artificial leather.
Plant and capacity
Our production shop is well equipped with latest and proven machines.
Cutting machines: Electric scissors, hydraulic presses, slitting machines, adhesive spraying machines and skiving machine
Sewing machines: All-purpose flat bed sewing machines& 5 special purpose sewing machines
Riveting machines: Machine riveting, eyeleting, drills,
Finishing machines: Vacuum cleaning, heat guns, pressurized air cleaning.
Production capacity per annum: Appx.400,000 units with all product/style mix, including spare capacity of appx.125,000 units.
