Aluminum Injection Worm Geared Units

High Efficiency, High Rigidity, Hardened and grinded worm gear, Seven different size E 30 - E 40 - E50 - E63 - E80 in aluminum injection, Two different sizes E 100 - E 125 in cast iron (GG20), Flexible mounting positions, Optimized cooling rips to achieve maximum thermal power. Ratios from 7,5 up to 100 one stage, higher ratios by using double gearboxes

Helical Monoblock Gear Boxes The new M Series have the following advantages: 2 stage and 3 stage gearboxes are available in the same housing with high ratios, higher output torques because of the rigid body design, standard IEC B5 or B14 motor connection possibilities, gearboxes with electro magnetic braked motors, high overhang and axial load grinded gears up too 60-62 Hrc. high quality bearings and a large variety of product.

The New Series Hollow Shaft Gear Boxes

The new D Series gearboxes are tested for a while before presented on the market to be certain about its advantages and presented. The new D Series have the following advantages; Flexible mounting possibilities, with hollow shaft or output shaft assembly possibilities, improved bearing life, helical geared Cast iron housing (GG20), with our flange seven different sizes with a large variety of ratios

Horizontal Type Gear Boxes

Horizontal type gearboxes are specially designed for most heavy unfavorable applications. Steel casting housing, strong bearing arrangement and hardened and grinded gears with high safety coefficient 2,2Kw with a large variety of are available
