Payment: Advance payment of every order when the artwork is submitted, we will be needing online merchant facility

From your side, so that we can pay online instantly while giving you a download link for a particular job. Bank transfer takes time, as we are offering 10days delivery time to our customers.

Privacy: We trust that you will not direct contact to customers which we will give you order to make, as the addresses of our customers will on the printing products.

Quality: We appreciate that the quality will remain high class, and the color print will be exactly as the artwork to be submitted. We trusted that the stock weight and quality will be the same as per a particular product specifications.

Replacements: As a quality product, we will consider a zero percent defective piece, as if some thing found faulty then all UK/us customers are requested to replace those pieces.

To cover that thing, please add 3 to 5% more quantity in the expected orders or we would expect replacement, please no refund of money just the replacement.

Support: Since we will working very fast, we would expect earliest reply on each of every query, we would like to speak with you in person for discussing all jobs status on every or subsequent day.

Priority: We would appreciate if you could possibly give priority to our orders.
