Founded in 1992, Xiashing is a joint venture between Taiwan Sanyang Industry and Xiamen State Asset Investment Corporation. Xiashing is the only motorcycle manufacturer in Xiamen. Meanwhile, it is one of the key projects in Fujian Province.

With the continuously development of motorcycle marketing in Mainland China, Sanyang Industry had transferred its development center to Xiashing.
