Due to our status as direct source to various refineries we are in a position to meet the demand of multiple customers. In order to expedite delivery we will prefer to receive the text of your letter of credit for pre-approval.
When we can agree on the l/c terms and conditions, we can move directly to contract and delivery.
This will allow us to bypass the usual loi/fco program and achieve fast delivery.
