All requests for returns must be made less than 30 days after the original invoice date. 2. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization and a tcr return merchandise authorization('rma') number. 3. Rma numbers issued by tcr are good for 20 days only, and product must be received by tcr within that time. Rma numbers cannot be extended or re-issued. 4. No returns will be accepted beyond the time periods mentioned in these policies. Return authorizations will not be granted after the stated return period has passed. 5. Rma numbers must be clearly marked on the outside of all return packages, or they may be refused. 6. All products authorized for return and returned to tcr, must be in the original packaging with all materials enclosed, and in good condition. Incomplete or damaged returns will not be accepted. Tcr reserves the right to refuse or charge a 25% restocking fee for returns. 7. Shipping charges are not refundable. Customer is responsible for shipping charges and risk of loss on all return shipments. Tcr highly recommends using a reputable shipping carrier capable of providing proof of delivery, as well as properly packing and fully insuring your return shipment. |
