We are a manufacturer of thermocouple wire, thermocouple extension cable, copper instrumentation and control cable. The company serves all major global markets with high quality, high accuracy wire and cable. We design and manufacture wire and cable from single pair to 100 pair for stock and custom requirements. Wire and cable products include: Thermocouple wire for operating temperatures from -240c(-400f) to +1260c(+2300f);300 volt PLTC aqnd ITC rated thermocouple extension cable; 300 volt PLTC and ITC rated copper instrument cable; and 600 volt tc rated control cable. Insulations offered are PVC, PE, NYLON, TPR-thermoplastic elastomer, XLPE, CPE, fluoropolmer TFE tape and fluoropolymer FEP extruded, fluoropolymer PFA extruded, and polyamide tape.

Production capabilities include: Zetabon composite barrier tapes, stainless steel overbraids, copper overbraids, served wire armor, interlock armor, shielded pairs and overall shields.

An extensive base of approvals and specifications are available to meet individual requirements such as UL, CSA, SASO, IEEE, MIL, ISA, ANSI, NIST, and IEC. The operation is ISO 9001:2000 certified.

We have a patented low cost substitute for K calibration extension cable and stabilized K&E wire with low drift at high temperatures. We also have a patented wire thermocouple with a mold-on connector for use in aerospace composites and pharmaceutical autoclaves.

We have a 72,000 sq. ft. manufacturing plant located in New Jersey and we only sell what we manufacture in house.
