STE Publishers is an independent, black-owned South African publisher of top-quality books and other publications. We focus mainly on political and social history, education, biography and photographic books.
A number of our titles are in demand as corporate gifts: Namely, 'The world that made Mandela' by Luli CalliniCo., 'Makeba - the Miriam Makeba Story' by Miriam Makeba, 'Come Back Africa' by Lionel Rogosin, 'The South Africa Yearbook 2004/05' by the GCIS, 'South African Indigenous Foods' cookbook by Generations of South African Women, 'Images of Defiance - South African Resistance Posters of the 1980s' by the South African History Archive and Poster book Collective.
STE's in-house design team, the Mad Cow Studio, produces innovative designs for a wide range of print media, including book layout and cover design, brochures, flyers, posters, banners, catalogues, t-shirts and much more. We enter into co-publishing partnerships and take on contract publishing projects.
