Star-Wood Hong Kong Ltd. is a representative office dealing with Marketing & Sales for our parent company. Our Group is amongst the world's 5 larges exporters of Beech Logs, and Lumber exporting mainly to the chinese and taiwanese markets. Our head office is situated in Denmark and our purchasing department in Germany not far from Frankfurt a.M.. Further we have regional purchasing offices in Slovakia, Romania, and Austria. Adding to this we work in close co-operation with a company co-ordinating our purchases of logs & lumber from west Africa, here the main species being Anegre, Sapele, Bubinga, Azobe/Ekki, and Plantation Teak. Recently we have also diversified into the dried veneer market by representing a world renound producer in the Asian market.
We are continuously looking for possibilities to expand our operations in Asia and the Middle East. |
