Product information:
SatinAl is an environmentally neutral. E6 long life etching that is free of Chlorate, nitrite, nitrate and chromate for decorative surface finishing According to DIN 17611/E6 and prevention of scale formation.
Optimal operation is achieved with an aluminum SatinAl is used in combination with caustic soda to produce a matt finish content of 120-160 and to level die lines and scratches on aluminum at the same time. G/1 AL.
SatinAl is due to its composition distinguished by a good leveling and low Degree of weight loss. (approx.50-80 g/m2 for normal etching activity).
Concentration: The concentration should be 40-70 g/1 caustic soda and 20-40g/1, SatinAl Depending on the actual aluminum concentration in the bath.
Bath temperature: The optimal temperatures are between 50-70c. Preferably 55-60c.
