| About us | The company has three production departments. They are auto-pressing workshop, electrophoretic coating workshop, and magnetizing workshop. In auto-pressing workshop, there are 8 sets of auto-pressing machines with different tonnage, auto double-side grinding machines, meter-lathe, auto-temperature-control blowing drying box, and so on.. The electrophoretic workshop is equipped with a very standard, high-efficient electrophoretic production line. The magnetizing workshop is equipped with a most advanced and efficient big-power magnetizer. The main products are as follows. Bonded Rare Earth Permanent Magnets: At the present time, the bonded NdFeB magnets are the leading products. According to the customers' request, the factory can produce all kinds of magnets in complex shapes and with different properties. And any modes of multi-pole magnetization are available. The products have the following characteristics: 1. High precision: The required precision is obtained after the shape-forming, without further process. 2. Excellent magnetic properties: The energy product is 3 times as large as anisotropic ferrite. The intrinsic coercive force is high. During the large-scale production, the magnetic properties are stable and the conformity is good. 3. Stable working temperature: The working temperature is high up to 150°C. 4. Good corrosion-resistance and nice surface: The product is coated with resin and the anticorrosion is very good. The surface is smooth, clean and nice-looking. No bubble, no crack, no strip-off, and no chip. |
