In order to promote the exchange of industrial information and develop China's chemical market by E-Commerce, to quicken the circulation speed of the chemical commodities, as well as to realize the enterprise's networking and electrification in trade activity, after sufficient market survey and feasibility analysis, it was invested RMB 30 million to establish jointly this professional information network of the state level: Shanghai China- Haohua Chemical Network (SCCN) by China Haohua Chemical Industrial Group and its subsidiary Zhongda Chemical Development Co. Ltd. and other four enterprises.
