Based in Shanghai of China, we’re a leading Aseptic Packaging solution provider in China with almost 10 years’ experience in this field. Basically, there’re two sections among our product line:
1. Aseptic Packaging Material
After many years of R&D, we successfully launched the Aseptic Packaging Material in 2003. Our product evolved a lot since then. For now, there’re Skylong Brik-(Paper-AL-PE 6-layer), Skylong Gable Top A (PE-PAPER-PE 3-layer), Skylong Gable Top B (Paper-AL-PE 6-layer), which are best package alternative to Tetra Brik, SIG Combibloc, IPI carton, and Elopak Pure-pak. Enclosed is photo for our products. They’re wildly used in Aseptic Packaging for dairy/milk, fruit juice, vegetable juice, tea and other beverage, with prefect performance in fresh-keeping, anti-oxidate, light-proof and thermal insulation. These package carton can be run on our Skylong Aseptic Filling Machine, and also can be used with Aseptic Filling Machine made by Tetra, SIG Combibloc, Elopack, IPI, etc.
2. Aseptic Filling Machine
In 2004, we successfully launched our first Aseptic Filling Machine for brick-shape package carton with speed up to 7000pcs per hour. This collaborates well with Aseptic Packaging Material, and enable us to provide best service to our customer. Since then, we enriched product line with Aseptic Filling Machine for gable top package carton. For now, we’re the leading manufacturer of Aseptic Filling Machine in China. Compared with other brand Aseptic Filling Machine, our machine is with high good stability, high-automatic, low-cost maintenance, in-time service. | Products/Services | We produce Aseptic Packaging Material such as Gable Top A (PE-PAPER-PE 3-layer), Gable Top B (Paper-AL-PE 6-layer) and Brick-shaped carton (Paper-AL-PE 6-layer), which are similar to SIG Combibloc, Tetra Brik, IPI carton and Elopak Pure-pak. They are widely used for packing UHT or Pasteurized dairy, soy milk, fruit and vegetable juice, and other beverage products, with shelf life up to 12 months. They can be run on Skylong Aseptic Filling Machine or other Aseptic Filling Machine made by Tetra, SIG Combibloc, IPI, IP, Shikoku, etc. |
