Brief Introduction

Shanghai Longfang Plastic Toy Co. Ltd established in 1994, located No 16,zhanggui bridge east road, wan'an west road, hongkou district, shanghai. We now possess 1800 m2, including the product workroom of 1400 m2 and the supporting apparatus workroom of 400 m2. We have 100 workers. The registered capital is 500,000 yuan. Our company specializes in manufacturing plastic dolls. With several years'development, our company has large productive scale, has a series of apparatuses, including four rolling plastic machines, three blustering plastic machines, seven growing hair machines, thirty sowing machines. The annual output value is 5,000,000 yuan(about 400,000 dolls per years).

The 'lubei' trademark registered in National Trademark Bureau in 1995,especially 'lovely baby', 'tingting baby'have a good fame all over the world.

In 1996 our products reached the Shanghai Enterprise Product Standard, which standardized our production and product quality. In addition, the eligible rate of the products tested by National Toy Survey Center, is 100%. We have been taking the lead in the aspect of product quality.

In 1998 with the economic environment recovering, the foreign customers began to place order with us in the National Toy Exchange Meeting, held twice every year. In the situation, we came to realize that we had the ability to export our products. So on the March of 1998,we submitted our application to Shanghai Export & Import Product Check Bureau. After half year's efforts, our company achieved the export product quality license, which made our company the first one among the private plastic toy enterprises of shanghai. The product quality index of our company corresponds to En-71, the European Toy Standard (CE Mark).

At present, 60% products of our company are exported to America, Sweden, Japan, Russia, Lebanon, Bolivia, Greece and so on. The annual output value is 5,000,000 yuan.

In 1999, with the expansion and development of our company, we have extended our business scope and developed the project of manufacturing and processing plastic mould and toy accessory. To meet the market, we have been regarding the product quality as lifeline. We have been paying attention to obeying contracts and keeping goodwill. Meanwhile, we have been considering the belief and support from our customers as our strong spur to going on.
