Shanghai Guan Jun Food, Co. Ltd. A wholly foreign owned company, is formerly called Taiwan Chang Li Sheng Food Factory Co. Ltd. It was found in Taiwan in 1948 and relocated to the current site in Shanghai Chongming China Green Food Production Park in 1994. The company is specialised in production and marketing of various rice-based Chang Li Sheng® branded Rice Cakes, Rice Vermicelli's and Rice Breads.
