Selengei started it's online operation in 1998. We are physically located in Kenya, Africa. We use local skills and labor in the creation of our products. We also work with other local manufacturers in creating some of the designs as seen at the website. Labor is plentiful, skilled and cheap in Africa.
We use this to produce inexpensive but very high quality products like handcrafted beaded sandals/flipflops, beaded bracelets, leather belts, fashion belts, bone/horn jewelry, handwoven sisal and leather bags/totes, and even home decor like wood/stone sculptures, mirrors, handpainted stone penholders, decor plates, bowls etc.
We accept orders from all over the world and can ship directly via air. We have served customers from America, Bermuda, Brazil, UK, Singapore, Australia, etc
