Details of our activities are as follows: -

A) Guidance& consultancy in ISO 9000/ISO TS 16949/ISO 14000/TQM/Kaizen/Six Sigma/Business excellence/World class manufacturing, Supplier identification& up gradation programmes, Customer perception assessment assistance.

B) Inspection/follow-up services to ensure quality and timely supply to domestic and export customers

C) Training on various subjects

D) Systems Documentation and implementation guidance.

E) Second party or Third party Auditing of Quality System of suppliers/organizations on behalf of customers, certifying bodies, export buyers

F) Problem solving assistance to industries

Team - We are a team of Engineers, ISO Lead Assessors& engineering/non engineering associates from other related fields who have combined work experience of more than 200 man-years in diverse area of operation and have helped more than 460 organisations in above activities either individually or as a Team. Our team members and associates are based in India at various locations in state of Maharashtra, Gujarat, Karnataka, Tamilnadu etc Our team consists of experienced engineers in quality management systems field& other associates include experts from various related fields like engineering, chemicals, pharmaceuticals etc who have vast experience in Quality Management Systems training, implementation and audits. Their services are made available as required to ensure value addition to various activities undertaken by our team.

1.. Brief introduction of Mr. Vinay Kelkar who is CEO of Satguru Consultants is as follows:

A) Mr Vinay Kelkar: He is a Mechanical Engineer with Management Qualification. He is having experience of over 28 years in the field of Manufacturing, Quality control, Project Planning, Materials& Ancillary Development, Marketing with various well established automotive companies like Bajaj Auto Ltd. TELCO Ltd. TVS Suzuki Ltd.& small scale auto ancillaries.

He is a Lead Assessor from World-wide Quality Management Network, London& has worked as V. P.(Operations) and as Management Representative in an ISO 9002 auto ancillary. He was involved in getting the ISO certification for this organization right from selection of consultant stage to certification stage.

Since August 1998, he is working as consultant for QMS based at Pune/Vapi India and has been involved(along with his team of five engineers and associates) in consultancy, training, implementation& certification work for over 65 organizations from diverse fields including automotive, engineering, plastics, machinery, pharmaceutical, software, electronics industries.

We will be interested in identifying good quality suppliers, coordinating supplier development and training& guiding suppliers for successful implementation of various requirements of quality management systems or productivity improvement system to enable them to improve their product quality to international standards as well as becoming competitive.

We are sure that such services will be of help to current or prospective buyers of products or merchandise from India while establishing their suppliers in India and neighbouring countries and hence we are offering our services on mutually beneficial terms to create a win-win partnership with our client on long term basis.
