Founded in 1978, SAFAK DOKUM has grown to be one of the foremost Grey and Ductile iron foundries in Turkey. The Company distinguishes itself by its high level performances in the grey iron and ductile iron casting industry because of meticulous quality control, capacity of production, its state of the art equipment and skilled technicians and engineers. Specialized in the production of brake drums and discs, SAFAK DOKUM is the leading manufacturer with an unrivalled range of products for the automative aftermarket. The Company s ever expanding export markets cover many countries in America, Europe, Middle East, Far East and Africa.
The production facilities which cover over 20 000 sqm are equipped with induction melting furnaces, a full automatic moulding line( Moldmaster), spectro and other laboratory testing equipments and also have in-house sophisticated CNC and conventional machine shops, capable of providing the castings in finished condition. SAFAK DOKUM is able to cast parts weighing up to 10 tons for grey iron and up to 4 tons for ductile(nodular) iron. The casting capacity is 7 tons/per hour.
