SGV Resources Inc

SGV Resources Inc. is the US subsidiary of St. Genevieve Resources Ltd of Canada. SGV recently acquired the Emerald Isle Mine located near Kingman Arazona and the Zonia Mine near Prescott Arizona.

The past producing Emerald Isle open pit mine is an exotic copper deposit that can be rapidly brought back into production within 4 months. All major infrastructure components are in place.

The Company is schedualed to commence production of Electrolitic Cathode Copper in January 2005 and will be in a position to ship to a preferred customer in February at the rate of 200 m/t per month.

Later in mid 2005 the company plans to begin producing from its Zonia Copper mine located south of Prescott Arizona. The schedualed rate of production will commence at 40,000 pounds per day which will be increased over a 2-3 year period to 80,000 pounds per day.
