We are an Accounting and Management Consulting company that was founded in San Francisco in 1981. In the years since our founding, we have provided cutting edge advice for Asia-focused clients looking for a partner-advocate that can bridge the gap between the two regions. With the increasing growth and desire for best business practices in Asia, the Company established a Hong Kong office in 1995, while launching the Shanghai office in 2002.
