Seapau is a small trading company with affiliates in new york, houston, and russia. We are fairly new(5 years) in the trading business. We have done business in russia for the last 4 years. We have brokered petroleum contracts. We now are in the process of opening offices in dubai. This will facilitate our business in the middle east.

We deal directly with the mills in russia. Our main purpose is to go direct to the buyer on our offers. Another goal of our company is to contact other companies or people who have legitimate products for sale. Although we are small, we feel that with the right sources we will achieve our goals
