Demographics of primary market indicate majority of households are at or below the us census bureau for poverty, with a majority of these households considered to qualify for the us designation of low socio-economic status (ses).

As an educational practioner by contract to public school districts and in private practice, many talented students determined by the United States department of education (usdoe) as second language learners with a majority also designation as members of families of low ses, the current trend of re-labeling imported instruments with European names, allowing inflated pricing and rental fees, that are prohibitive for the above students to take advantage of musical instruction.

As a graduate level linguist, I have instructed many of this students, using borrowed instruments and the talent is amazing. My company is a collaboration of special education teachers that incorporate culturally bound music, music education, and music therapy to create second language literacy.

Much of the funding capital for this collaborative will be dependent on grant funding, maximum levels of available captial for purchase will be both dependent and flucuate with such funding. The operation, as independently captialized, should be considered marginal.
