Collectively, the expertise of RDI Foods principles covers all aspects of product development, processing and packaging. Together they have 16 patents. Principles of RDI have worked with the U. S. Army Soldier System Command since 1993 developing shelf stable products. The technology was developed under a Cooperative Research and Development Agreement(CRADA)and achieved an Excellence in Research Award from the U. S. Army for this development.
The company consists of experienced personnel that know how to:
