My clients range from private individuals buying 1 - 5 properties to private institutions/buying syndicates looking for large protfolios,100+ units.
I always have need for property that delivers a high yield (10 - 15%) and has growth potential. I source mainly in the UK but have sourced in Europe. I would consider anything worldwide if it had enough opportunity and it was a stable investment.
