In 2005 PowerWise purchased assets of 2 major companies in the United States with a combined revenue of over $100 million. These companies were supplying lighting products, power equipments such as generators, pressure washers, compressors, etc. And power tools such as drills/drivers, saws, sanders, etc. To major retailers such as Sears, WalMart, Home Depot, Costco, Sams, etc. Products sold by these companies will now be sold under PowerWise and related brand names.
