POLDA TEXTILE INDUSTRY AND TRADE CO. Is one of the leading companies on polypropylene continuous filament yarn POY, FDY, false twist textured, Airtextured and chenille yarn, which is founded in Gaziantep/Turkey. Polda Textile has a production capacity of 1100 ton/year polypropylene yarn FDY, POY, textured and twisted yarn. Also we will be made all coloured polypropylene yarn which customer requests.

Our production as follows;

- Between 120 - 600 denier continuous filaments(FDY)- Between 120 - 600 denier continuous filaments twisted yarns

- Between 120 - 600 denier continuous filaments false twist textured yarns

- Between 120 - 300 denier POY(partiallyoriented yarns)

- Between 120 - 300 denier POY textured yarn

- Between 300 - 1200 denier Airtextured yarn

- Between 2nm - 6nm PP Chenille yarns

- Production will be made coloured, natural, UV or anti bacterial which customer requests.

Technical specification is as follows;

- Between 1,3 - 2 dpf(denier per filaments) productions it means that like a silk

- Tenacity between 2 - 4,5 gr/denier for textile applications

- Elongation's %30 - %80 for FDY, %100 - %200 for POY but we can arrange elongation's which customer requests.

- UV or anti bacterial additive will be added if the customer requests.

- Intermingled, twisted or false twist textured production

Basic usage areas are; chenille yarns, curtain, rugs, mattress fabric, upholstery fabrics, polar fabrics, denim, under wear, socks etc.
