The division of Export & Import Indenting, made its humble beginning in 1992 with import indenting of Plastic Raw-materials and gradually diversifying into export & import indenting of chemicals. Today, we represent a large number of companies based in India and Overseas and are handling export of various Chemical products, Clinker Cement, Refrigerant gases & Synthetic Rubber. Enclosed is the list of companies whom we represent and the products that we can offer. We understand the need to continuously evolve new & better logistics methods, deployment of modern process & information technology tools, creativity, and synergies our style and functioning with that of companies which we work with.Presently volume of exports handled in terms of value is $ 2 million per annum. We are associated with PARIJAT ENTERPRISES which comprises of six manufacturing companies whose combined turnover exceeds $140 million. We are also associated with Shinrai Toyota who have recently been appointed as dealers for Marketing & Selling Toyota Cars in South Mumbai and the expected turnover is 1800 cars aggregating over $40 million. We are also associated with Sharp Point Motors & Automotive Pvt.Ltd who are dealers for Marketing & Selling General Motors Cars in North Mumbai ,the turnover of which is 1200 cars aggregating to over $ 15 million Our other activities include Corporate Membership of Capital Market Segment and Derivatives Segment of the National Stock Exchange of India Limited. Membership of Over the Counter Exchange of India (OTCEI) has also been taken. We are associated with Parekh Corporation , who are C&F Agents and Distributors for many Multinational and Indian limited companies.The total volume handled in terms of value exceeds $243 million. |
