Designing: At Pickup we believe that understanding our client's target market is the first step towards a successful partnership. Towards this goal, we have tremendous in-house design and styling capabilities, set-up over the years. We have a complete team of fashion designers and textile technologists, developing styling for upcoming seasons. Not only do they design fabrics but also help us gain the manufacturing capability for patterns, prints, fabrics, colors or anything else. The design department is well-equipped with complete CAD/CAM facilities and is fully backed by our sampling department. Our design director is a regular visitor to international fashion events in Europe and USA. In addition to that, he receives feedback from 'The Street' where in his view, fashion for the common man truly emerges. Sampling: We have established an exclusive sampling unit, with 5 stitching lines and a whole storehouse of fabrics, trims etc... This enables us to convert our designs into garments. The sampling department enables us to provide quick samples to clients, based on their sketches, designs or originals. Quality Policy: Quality at Pickup is not a goal 'it is a way of life'. Quality is built into everything we do ensuring products of the highest standard. *Quality standards are being maintained as per 'ISO Standards for color fastness, rubbing fastness, shrinkage control, etc. *Having quality control team doing periodical check during production. * Doing complete in-house production with stringent quality control. *We are committed to supplying products of consistent quality to satisfy the customers needs. *Delivering the goods at the right price, at the right time, at the right place. Other Information --We endeavor to minimize the defective ratio to be below 3% and in the future we aim to achieve a zero-defect product. SGS and ITS test reports can be provided upon request. Production Capacity: At its state-of-the-art facilities, Pickup Apparels has the capacity to manufacture 3 MILLION GARMENTS ANNUALLY and this is continuously being scaled up.
