Especially for Potato Flakes PPFL uses here principally the Diamond type Potato (Sollanum Tuberosum) and the seeds are imported from Netherlands. More over PPFL doesnot produce flakes that are made from slivers of the French Fries production. So, this advancement provides us a clear distinction from other conventional Potato Flakes manufacturer in the global market.. The main projection of PPFLs POTATO FLAKES and POTATO POWDER, which are produced on drum dryers and dried potatoes grown on bio environments with client assistance at growers level. Free flowing potato flakes are produced from good quality potatoes after washing, peeling, inspection, slicing, precooking, cooling, cooking, drying and flaking to provide the size specifications of the customer. Flakes are produced according to the specification of the client. Mostly the specifications of standard flakes are more or less the same over the world. PPFL can provide powder form also if client requires. By processing raw material, the potatoes, gently so that all the vitamins and trace elements and the natural taste are preserved.
