Pan Union, established in 1977, is a member of BSG Corporation. Headquartered at Jakarta in Indonesia, BSG owns diversified group of companies with core business in international trading, forestry, timber, shipping (tanker, chemical tanker and bulk carrier), agro business (coffee, tea leaves, rubber, coco, palm and seeds), mining and real estate.

Starting from 1970s, BSG expanded into the overseas markets. The Group started overseas offices and companies in USA, Singapore, Malaysia, England and Thailand. BSG has commenced business operation in Hong Kong since 1974.

Pan Union is one of the major operating offices and major trading arm of the Group in East Asia. We act as the sole agent as well as a major distributor of our group in the Asian region. We are also closely linked to local and Asian markets for steel, sulphuric acid, plywood, rubber, coco and other products.
