PTD Fasteners Pvt. Ltd., is a company that manufactures quality ASTM Specification in different Grades High Tensile Bolts, Stud Bolts, Threaded Bars and Nuts, which are manufactures in our two state of the art manufacturing facilities by installing high production modern equipments. Both our manufacturing units are approved by various Inspection Agencies, such as Project and Development India Ltd., Engineers India Ltd., Lloyds Register Industrial Services Ltd., Nuclear power Corporation of India Ltd., Bureau Varitas Ltd., Bax Council Ltd., Udhe India Ltd., Toyo Engineering Ltd., ICB Ltd., Kaverner Powergas Ltd., Lurgi India Pvt Ltd., Linde Technologies Ltd., and other.

All our products are made to order according to buyers specification and sizes, which are sold with our Test Certificates or Inspected by Third Party Inspectors and are not sold through dealers.

The Stud Bolts and Nuts are 3/8 or 8mm to 100mm or 4 in diameter and of 20mm to 20 feet in length, in Metric and UN Thread Forms. They are of Carbon Steel, Alloy Steel and of different grades of Stainless Steel. We also manufacture Bolts, Screws, Square Nuts, Flange Nuts, Hexed Nuts and different types of Foundation Bolts.

Among the ASTM Grades High Tensile Fasteners Manufacturing, we have the best production and testing equipments. They include MW-32 Nut Former with Induction Bar Heating, producing Nuts up to M22 (32 Across Flat) with a capacity to make 180 nuts per minute. A Jyoto Cold Part Former for Stainless Steel and Alloy Steel Bolts, Pins, Nuts and Special Parts up to 19 Across Flat with a capacity to make 120 nuts per minute. Pilzer & Ehler Nut Former for 7/8 and 1 Nuts, Vertical Set of Nut Formers for 1-1/8 to 4 Nuts and Bolts, Flat and Circular Thread Rolling Machines, Twin Nut Tappers, Continuous Type Shaker Hearth and Tempering Furnaces, Salt Bath Furnaces miscellaneous Production and Tool Room equipments including Universal Testing Machines, Impact Testing Machines, M.P. Testing and Hardness Testers. We also have Thread Grinding Machines to manufacture Thread Rolls and Special Taps.
