The ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards represent the way through which the processes and products quality management, together with the environment management gain their status and global recognition, but also signifies acknowledging the fact that what is good in your own system is good in business as well.

The modernization of the management concept determined the QEIS establishing based on two certified management systems functioning:

Quality management system - according to ISO 9001

Environment management system - according to ISO 14001

Both the quality and the environment management are elements of the global management system and are structured upon the evolutionary model of permanent improvement concept (PICTURE 1).
