Ningbo lihe electric&machinery industry co. Ltd is established in 1998, which is a joint-venture owned by ningbo lihe magnetism devece factory, ningbo songke magnet ltd and ningbo yuanwang rare earth permanent magnet ltd. Although being a relatively new company, our company has managers, engineers and workers with extensive experience in the sintered and bonded magnet industry, and we operates with international management and in accordance with international business principles.

We manufacture high quality rare earth permanent magnets to the international market. The overall objective is to be recognized as one of the leading manufacturer of permanent magnets in record time. This will be achieved by focusing on high and total quality, extensive services, reliability and competitiveness.

High quality:

To enable us to guarantee total quality to our customer, it is required to have total control of all the various stages of the production process. This is why we operate our own melting shop, milling shop, compaction shop, sintering shop, plating shop, quality inspection and dispatch, all these activities are supported by an engineering department laboratory and testing facilities. The services do include engineering support and product design based on customer s specific requirements and specifications. We have initiated the process of being qualified in accordance with iso9001.

Products and production capacity:

We do current production mainly in four ways:

Production and research of sintered ndfeb magnet, current capacity 220tons/year;

Production and research of sintered smco magnets, current capacity 12tons/year;

Production and design of magnetic parts and magnetic equipment;

Plating research and development for magnets.

We take particular pride in producing high quality products of complex design and special requirements, which very often will include design and engineering support to find the optimal solution for the best performance and energy products.
