Mvas product engineering has over ten years experience as a supplier of PC brackets, metal stamping, plastic parts and sub-assemblies for the computer, electronics and other industries.

Quantity can be from tens to millions; we can build conventional tool for flexibility and more sophisticated progressive tool for volume. In case of pre-production prototypes, we can choose to make more economically by turret press or laser cutting.
Service- orientated 3 working days for new bracket including tool making for existing blanks. For completely new tooling it takes only about 10 days. We will supply product drawing for approval in just 1 day.
Bracket can be supplied in all kinds of specification, typically:
Material - single or double polished cold rolled steel, stainless steel, zinc or nickel pre-plated steel, beryllium copper foil for emi shielding, etc. As well as ul94v-o plastics.
Finished - plating in bright nickel or zinc or black zinc, etc. By individual hanging(incontrast to barrel plating) to ensure the best uniform, no-deformation and scratch-free quality.
Text, symbol, logo, etc. Can be added by stamping, colored silk-screening or backfill. So are pemnuts, jackscrews, shielding, etc. To be added by punching or riveting.
