We would like to take this opportunity to introduce ourselves as motor industries co. Ltd.(mico) a bosch group company, established in india since 1951. At present bosch holds a 62 % stake in mico. We have four factories in india, equipped with the same kind of manufacturing and quality control facilities, which bosch have elsewhere in the world. We employ around 9800 skilled workmen with an annual turnover of 415 mio. Us$ in 2003. Our export turnover for the year 2003 was 71 mio USD.

We are the largest manufacturers of diesel fuel injection equipment with 80% market share in the indian oe segment. We also manufacture hydraulic gear pumps and are oe suppliers to all the tractor and industrial manufacturers in the country. We are an ISO 14001/ts 16949 company.
