2. scope of supply

- parts subjected to pressure are fabricated out of high temperature resistance

Carbon steel tubes are closely wound as vertical coil.

- vertical pressure jet burner is provided.

- air casing is provided for pre heating the combustion air with aluminum radiator.

- reciprocating type water pump and motor assembly is provided.

- shell and tube economizer to pre heat the boiler feed water is provided.

- feed water line between economizer to feed pump and the pump to the boiler.

- fuel line from the pump inlet to the burner inlet.

- pressure switch is provided to maintain constant steam pressure by controlling burner on/off operation.

- pressure switch is provided as a safety against low/no water flow through coil.

- photocell is provided to sense the flame failure due to any fault and to give alarm.

- temperature indicator cum controller is provided to indicate steam temperature.

- safety valve is provided as a safety against excess pressure.

- pressure indicator is provided to indicate steam pressure.

- pressure indicator to indicate the oil pressure at burner inlet.
