Master Crafts

About Us

Master Crafts is India's only buying agency managed by a professional team of American and Indian personnel. Headquartered in Moradabad , Master Crafts is uniquely positioned to provide our clients around the world with a full range of supply chain services.

Our team of dedicated professionals utilizes its experience and wide ranging technical knowledge to obtain for our clients the best vendors, the right prices, products of assured quality and consistency and timely delivery. All this with a minimum effort on our clients' part. We handle all your supply challenges so you can focus on your customers and on growing your business.

Americans believe in working and playing hard, and when it comes to business, they like it brisk and efficient. Indians, on the other hand, are more relaxed and easy going and conduct their business on a more personal level. Short of establishing a branch office in India, how does a western company do business with hundreds of vendors scattered across the length and breadth of the Indian subcontinent? Through Master Crafts ,of course, as our clients will tell you!

Master Crafts combines the best of both western and Indian cultures. As our market is in the West and our source is Asia, our employees are hired with multi-culturalism in mind. All our key players have a western education and speak English fluently. Together we speak eight major Indian languages and can take you anywhere in India and translate your designs and requirements into winning products. We are plugged into the western market and our staff visit major international fairs regularly.

We are at home with a T-bone steak as well as a tandoori chicken. We can discuss Hollywood films and Bollywood films with equal ease. We make our clients feel at home away from home
